Patient Portal Staging Experience
You can access a test version of the patient portal to see the patient experience first hand! A few guidelines on the experience:
To view the patient experience, go to staging.usenourish.com and log in using your nourish email. Right now we only have the ability for you all to join on the web, and not the app, but the experience is essentially identical!
All RDs are sharing the same “patient”, so if you log a meal, send a message, etc., it will be visible to all other RDs who log in to see the patient experience. This shouldn’t pose any issues for testing the experience, but keep it in mind so that you don’t share anything you’d want to be private!
Because it is a test account, there may be a few quirks that don’t perfectly match the actual patient experience. But feel free to ask if you see something that looks strange!
We create provider staging accounts monthly, so if you’re not yet unable to access, please try at a later time or reach out to onboarding@usenourish.com.
