Trish Stoddard RDN, LD

Trish is a registered dietitian in the Austin, TX area with a background in gastroenterology, pediatrics, and sports nutrition. She graduated with a degree in nutrition and dietetics from Dominican University in Chicago and completed her dietetic internship at The University of Michigan - Go Blue! In her spare time, you can find Trish exploring Austin and its food, music, and mechanical bull riding as well as spending time with her husband and puppy, Bruce (Wayne).

Shannon Pedersen, MPH, RDN, LD, CDCES

Shannon is a registered dietitian and certified diabetes care and education specialist. She graduated with a degree in Dietetics from San Francisco State University (where she played soccer and ran cross-country and track, go Gators!) and earned her graduate degree in Public Health with an emphasis in nutrition from Loma Linda University. Shannon currently lives in Houston, TX and enjoys spending time with her husband and three kids.

Courtney Addison, RD, LD, CEDS-S

Courtney is a registered dietitian and certified eating disorder specialist supervisor. She graduated with a degree in dietetics from The University of Arizona and completed her dietetic internship through Iowa State University. In her spare time, Courtney can be found soaking up the Arizona sun whether it be skydiving, hiking or paddle boarding as well as spending time with her 2 kids.

Zoe Halbert, RDN, LD, CEDS

Zoe is a registered dietitian and eating disorder specialist in Austin, TX. She graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a degree in dietetics and completed her internship through the University of Texas Coordinated Program. Zoe has worked in inpatient and outpatient eating disorder care and continues to work with eating disorder patients as well as preventative nutrition care. Zoe enjoys paddle boarding, hiking, ballroom dance, travel, and exploring new food.
