Social Reimbursements (All Employees)
Community Event Fund: Up to $25 per person
You must fill out Community Event Fund Request Form for approval. Attach both the approval email for the community event fund and a detailed receipt from the event for approval. If multiple individuals provided payment for the event, each individual should provide a receipt for their portion of the payment, along with the approval email and the detailed bill.
Meet & Eat: Up to $15 per month
During this optional monthly event, employees are randomly assigned to groups of 3 to share a virtual meal or hang out together. There is no set time to meet—this is up to you and your group! Please include a receipt. All Meet & Eat reimbursement requests must be entered in the month for which the request is being made. Requests for reimbursement after the close of the month will not be approved.
Important: All reimbursement requests must be made in Justworks and may take up to 3 weeks to process. A detailed receipt is required for all requests. To submit a reimbursement, log into your Justworks account, go to You > Expenses, and select “Create Request” in the top right corner. Please tag your social expenses, including the Community Event Fund, as “Other (Meet & Eat, etc.).”
