Setting up Smart Phrases
Smart Phrases are a great way to speed up and organize your charting. These are used to generate personalized templates to expedite the charting process, instead of manually typing out repetitive information.
You can create your own smart phrases! To do so, simply navigate to the Smart Phrases tab within your Provider Portal profile. Click Add a Smart Phrase, assign a label, and create your Smart Phrase under content!
Once you create your own, simply type a "/" symbol and the desired Smart Phrase label, and your Smart Phrase text will automatically appear in your chart note.
