Voluntary life insurance is an optional benefit you can buy through the Nourish benefits program to provide extra support for your loved ones in the event that you pass away.

Coverage is available during your initial enrollment period (upon hire or when transferring to a full-time position) without requiring Evidence of Insurability (EOI) if you elect coverage within the Max Limit (above). If you do not elect Life & AD&D coverage during this initial enrollment window and choose to enroll at a later date, you will be required to complete an EOI, and coverage approval is not guaranteed. Once elected during your initial enrollment, you may continue the benefit in the future without needing to complete an EOI.
