Application and Fees

To apply for a new license, submit a completed application along with the fee of $140.

You must also submit with your application:

  • Proof of a current, valid Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).

License Renewal Requirements

Dietitian certifications expire on February 28th of every year.

Fee: $135

Step by Step Application Guide

  • Go to the KS Online Licensing Portal.

  • Your Illinois License as a Dietitian Nutritionist (LDN) must be renewed every year online or via mail at the current cost of $135. You must complete 15 hours of continuing education (CE) during each year period.
