To apply for a new license, submit a completed application along with the fee of $100.
You must also submit with your application:
Proof of a current, valid Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
License Renewal Requirements

Dietitian certifications expire on March 31st of odd years.

You may renew online.
You must also complete 30 hours of continuing education every two years to maintain licensure.
