Application and Fees
To apply for a new license, submit a completed application along with the fee of $75.
You must also submit with your application:
Proof of a current, valid Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
Official Transcripts with completion of Bachelor’s or Masters Degree, from an accredited College or University, with a program in nutrition or dietetics sent directly from the college or university.
If you have ever been licensed in another state, license verification(s) must be sent directly from the state(s) in which you hold or have held a license.

Dietitian certifications expire on September 1st of odd years.

You can complete your annual license renewal online here.
During each two-year licensing period, you must complete 20 hours of continuing education.
The state requires attestation of completed credits and individual responsibility for documenting and safeguarding these credits for review by the Board.
