Nourish at FNCE 2025: RD Guide 🎉

We are so excited to have so many of our Nourish RDs attending FNCE this year! The Academy has confirmed that ~200 Nourish dietitians will be in Nashville.

This will be Nourish’s largest in-person community gathering ever. We want this weekend to be filled with community, connection, learning, and fun.

We are so grateful for everything you do for our patients. FNCE is your chance to continue growing as a professional, connect with peers, and proudly represent Nourish.

As one of nearly 200 Nourish RDs at FNCE, you’ll stand out. You’re not only attending as an individual clinician but also as a representative of our brand.

Keep in mind:

• Connect with fellow Nourish RDs: Use the #community-fnce Slack channel to coordinate and share moments

• Meet new people: Introduce yourself and spark conversations with others in the field!

• Share your story: Highlight what it means to you to care for patients at Nourish

• Have fun: Soak up the learning, enjoy Nashville, and celebrate being part of this community!

Please come pick up your kit on Saturday when you register! Every RD will receive a kit that includes:

• Nourish T-shirt (cream colored, your preferred size)

• Nourish zip-up jacket (dark grey, your preferred size + cut)

• Nourish ribbon for your FNCE badge

• Nourish Tote Bag

• More surprises inside!

We encourage everyone to wear their swag throughout the weekend. It’s a great way to represent Nourish, build camaraderie, and help you spot fellow Nourish RDs across the conference.

Didn’t fill out the form? Don’t worry—we’ve ordered extras and will do our best to accommodate you.

• You’ll receive your official FNCE badge at registration in the lobby

• All Nourish RDs will receive a Nourish ribbon to place with their name badge (pick it up with your swag kit at the booth)

• The Academy is also giving Nourish RDs Hiring pins — perfect conversation starters to earn the $250 referral bonus!

• We’ll provide blank Nourish business cards with a QR code to our “Become a Dietitian” page. Add your name and email before handing them out as a way to earn the referral bonus

How it works:

• Hand cards to RDs you meet at FNCE.

• The back of the card includes Happy Hour details (friends, colleagues, and new connections are welcome).

• If someone applies and lists you as their referrer, you’ll receive a $250 referral bonus.

Fuel up with us before sessions!

• Sunday & Monday, 7:30–9:30 am in the conference lobby.

• Breakfast burritos (meat + vegan), egg & spinach sandwiches, donuts, GF muffins, fruit, coffee, and tea.

• Seating available so you can start the day with your teammates.

• The bar closes promptly at 9:30 am.

Stop by our booth all day Sunday through Tuesday!

Professional Headshots

• Photographer on-site all day.

• Scan a QR code, submit your email, and receive your gallery directly.

• Neutral backdrop + pampering station (mirror, lint roller, oil blotting papers).

• Perfect for your Nourish profile, Slack, or LinkedIn.

Prize Wheel

• Spin once each day for a chance at big prizes.

• Options include Theraguns, Stanley cups, Cotopaxi backpacks, yoga totes, and Nourish swag.

Please prioritize the sessions that matter most to you — your learning and professional development come first. We also want you to represent Nourish across the entire conference, whether you’re in a session, networking, or just walking through the halls.

When you’re not in a session, think of the booth as your home base:

• Grab your swag kit and ribbon when you first arrive!

• Take a headshot

• Spin the prize wheel

• Connect with the Nourish team and fellow RDs

• Hand out business cards for referrals
