Archiving Patients
At present, there is no formal process for archiving patients--it is entirely up to your discretion. This feature is available to support you with an organized workflow and better understand which patients you are currently working with or working to re-engage in care.
Archiving patients will not impact your metrics nor will it impact a patient's access to the app or scheduling future appointments.
Before archiving a patient, it is best practice to ensure you've done your due diligence to re-engage the patient including a first and second nudge and steps to transfer to a new provider (if applicable).
