Licensing Bonus Opportunities

We're excited to share that all Nourish RDs are now eligible for licensing bonuses in specific eligible states! This expanded opportunity helps you increase your patient reach while earning significant financial rewards.

Patient demand is growing rapidly in specific states, and we need your help to serve more people. By obtaining licenses in these high-need areas, you'll directly impact patient access to quality nutrition care while benefiting from generous bonus opportunities.

• Red State Licenses: Up to 3 bonuses in a 12-month period. The 3-license limit applies whether you complete the applications yourself or Nourish completes them for you—both count toward the same cap.

• High-Demand States: WA and PA bonuses are separate from the 3 red-state license cap

ℹ️ 12-Month Period: The 3-license limit for red state bonuses will reset every 12 months.

Example: You could earn bonuses for 3 red state licenses + WA + PA = 5 total bonuses in a 12-month period

We also provide full application support for Florida and Maryland, though these states do not currently have bonus offerings.

Step 1: Opt In

Complete the Licensing Bonus Opt-In Form to indicate your interest. This is required to receive bonuses.

⚠️ Important: Only licenses obtained after you join Nourish and complete the opt-in form are eligible. Renewals and reinstatements do not qualify.

Step 2: Choose Your Path

Option A: Apply on Your Own

• Receive $400 per license for eligible states

• Follow the state-specific application guides in our Help Center

• Submit within 45 days of opting in

• Complete the License Application Completion Form once you submit your application

Option B: Let Nourish Handle It!

• Available for GA, NC, OH, KY, WA, FL, and MD

• Receive $200 bonus for GA, NC, OH, KY, and WA

• No bonus for FL and MD, but we handle the full application

• No completion form required—we track everything for you

Step 3: Upload Your License

Once your license is approved:

1. Log in to the Nourish Provider Portal

2. Upload your new license

3. Your bonus will automatically be added to your payroll

   • Please allow a month for internal processing before reaching out for an update

4. For self-submitted applications please also add your new license to you CAQH

   • For Nourish-supported application our team will add your license into CAQH for you!

✅ Bonuses are paid through payroll, not Ramp. You'll see "Red State Bon" on your ADP paystub.

Application Timeline

• We ask that you submit applications within 45 days of opting in

• Complete the License Application Completion Form for self-submitted applications only so we can track your progress and ensure correct payment

  • You do not need to complete this form if Nourish is handling your application

Bonus Amounts Are Subject to Change

• We'll notify you if bonus amounts change

• Submitting the opt-in from and the application completion form helps us lock in your bonus amount

Reimbursements

• You can request reimbursement for all application fees, mailing cost, fingerprints, license verifications, etc., through Ramp for eligible state licenses. Please check out the Help Center Article, Licensing Reimbursement, for more information

  • You will not request the bonuses for these states through Ramp
