Appointment screen or entire portal is not loading

If you are having trouble accessing the Provider Portal, please ensure you are on the latest version of your web browser:

  • Hard refreshing your browser (command-shift-r or control-shift-r)

  • If you are having issues accessing and need to access immediately, try using a different browser (edge, safari, chrome)

  • If you are using Google Chrome and the Provider Portal or components of it are not loading, please delete Chrome from your computer, and reinstall.
