Provider or patient unable to login to Portal
If you are having issues accessing and can't log in to your Provider Portal, such as not receiving the code, the code not working, or your sign-in not working:
Ensure you are correctly typing your Nourish email address.
Double check your spam for any emails from portal@usenourish.com, where the address codes are sent from.
Ensure you are using the most recent code from portal@usenourish.com.
If you have requested multiple codes, double check that you are using the most recent code. Try waiting 30 seconds after requesting the code, then going to the most recent email.
Create a password to log in without a code. Simply click “Forgot or need a password?” on the login screen to create one and log in with your new password.
Reach out to support@usenourish.com, as you may have unsubscribed from Nourish emails.
