Open Enrollment Dates:

Medical: Fall 2025; Effective Date 01/01/2026
Dental, Vision, Supplemental Plans; Fall 2025; Effective Date 01/01/2026

Open Enrollment (OE):

During Open Enrollment (OE), you will have the option to enroll in, waive, or make changes to your benefit selections. This annual event is your primary opportunity to review and adjust your coverage selections based on your expected needs for the upcoming year.

You will have 30 days from your start date to enroll in or decline coverage in the Nourish benefits plan. After the 30-day window, changes can only be made due to a qualifying life event.

Qualifying Life Events (QLE):

Changes to your benefit selections can also be made during Qualifying Life Events (QLE). These are specific life changes that allow modifications to be made for up to 30 days after the event occurs. These include:

Marriage or Domestic Partnership
Divorce or Legal Separation
Birth or Adoption of a Child
Death of a Dependent
Change in Employment Status
Change in Location: Moving to a location outside of your current plan’s coverage area
Changes in Spouse’s Employment Status
Entitlement to Medicare or Medicaid

To complete your QLE, log into ADP and go to Myself > Benefits.
