Where to Access Insurance Cards

You can find and download your insurance cards directly from Aetna. If you have not created an Aetna account, follow the instructions below:

1. Go to https://www.aetna.com/individuals-families/members.html

2. Select "Member Log-in"

3. Scroll down and select "New Members"

4. Choose your plan type "Employer-sponsered"

5. Look up plan with "Social Security Number"

6. Fill in the remaining information and press continue

Please Note:

• It can take up to 2 weeks for Aetna to update its portal.

• Replacement physical insurance cards must be requested through the insurance provider.

• Your Aetna ID card and Member ID are the same for medical, dental, and vision
