How to pause your Nourish account or resign

Edited

We understand priorities and schedules change and we want to offer the utmost flexibility and support for our providers. If you would like to discontinue seeing patients on the Nourish platform, here are your options:

  • Pause Your Account (Leave of Absence)

If you think you may return to Nourish in the future, you can request to go on leave rather than permanently resign. This means we’ll transfer your clients and pause your calendar, but your account will remain in our system—making it easy for you to come back in the future if your priorities change. You don’t have to come back but this will make returning easier for you if you wish to see patients on the platform again in any capacity.

  • Formal Resignation (Delete Your Account)

If you prefer to fully close your account, you can proceed with a formal resignation with your desired last day. We will coordinate transferring your clients accordingly

If you would like to pause your account or formally resign, please send an email to people@usenourish.com and CC your assigned Clinical Quality Manager

  • You can see who your CQM is in the metrics tab of your provider portal (Shannon Pedersen, Trish Stoddard, Courtney Addison, or Zoe Halbert)

  • Please include your desired last day of work and whether you are resigning or pausing your account

The People Team will reach out to you with details on how to handle your transition out of Nourish, including patient transfers, your exit survey and interview, and where you'll be able to access paystubs and tax documentation after your last day.

As you plan your transition from the team, we encourage you to review our PTO policy to determine if you qualify for a PTO payout.
