What happens to OneMedical memberships after leaving JustWorks?

Upon leaving the JustWorks program, any individual memberships will remain active for 90 days post-termination date. Prior to the termination date, One Medical will notify active members of the option to purchase an individual consumer membership for themselves and/or their spouse/dependents for the year.
