Setting up Nourish Accounts

Begin your onboarding by setting up the following accounts:

Nourish Gmail

  • A temporary invitation will be sent to your personal email. You will use the link within the invitation to access your Nourish Gmail. The invitation is valid for 72 hours. If the window has passed and you are unable to access, please email onboarding@usenourish.com for assistance.

  • Immediately after logging in, please complete the steps outlined in this training to complete your Gmail setup. Failure to complete these tasks immediately will result in restricted future access.

Slack

  • Slack is our internal messaging platform and our main RD community forum. You will receive an invitation to Slack sent to your Nourish Gmail. Please take a moment to review this training which provides a general overview and outlines community guidelines.

Healthie

  • Healthie is our back-end EMR. Healthie is primarily used for setting your availability and scheduling follow-ups. The majority of your day-to-day tasks, such as charting, joining sessions, and messaging patients, will take place within the Nourish Provider Portal, outside of Healthie. Charting occurs within the Nourish Provider Portal, not Healthie.

  • You will access Healthie using our Nourish-specific link, nourish.gethealthie.com, and temporary password “Nourish1234!”. Immediately upon logging in, please change your password.

  • Future trainings will review completing your calendar and setting availability within Healthie; for now, simply review this training for a general overview.

Zoom

  • We use Zoom to host both sessions and internal meetings.

  • You will join sessions directly from the Provider Portal, via the “Join Zoom” button next to the appointment. This button will be visible 10 minutes prior to the scheduled session and throughout the duration on the session.

  • To join internal meetings, follow the instructions in this training to log into Zoom using SSO.

Justworks

  • Justworks is our HR platform. Within Justworks, you can set up direct deposit, make benefit elections (if applicable), and submit expenses for reimbursement. You will need to complete your Justworks profile in order to receive payment from Nourish!

  • An invitation to Justworks will be sent to your Nourish Gmail no later than one week prior to your start date. If you require assistance, please email people@usenourish.com

Workbright

  • Workbright is our employment verification system where you’ll complete your I-9 documentation. This is a federally mandated requirement for employment and must be completed prior to your start date!

  • You will be sent an invitation to Workbright approximately one week prior to your start date. If you require assistance, please email people@usenourish.com.

Vanta

  • Vanta is our security and compliance partner. Prior to your start date, you will need to complete the HIPAA training within Vanta. You will receive an invitation to Vanta via email. After logging in, please:

    • Review and accept the security policies

    • Complete the general security awareness training

    • Complete the HIPAA training

    • You do not need to download and install the Vanta Agent

Provider Portal

  • The Nourish Provider Portal is where you will spent the majority of your day-to-day. Within the Portal, you will join sessions, chart, message patients, view meal logs, share resources, and more. We’re constantly making improvements to the Provider Portal to maximize your experience as a Nourish RD, so don’t be surprised by incremental enhancements!

  • Access the Provider Portal here and sign in using your Nourish Gmail. An access code will be sent to your Nourish Gmail which you will use to log in.

Conclude your onboarding by completing the Onboarding Checklist embedded within your Provider Portal.
